Meet Information
Meet Director John Battle, from Hallandale High School, has stated that Hallandale HS would alert all participating coaches, athletes and fans that the meet schedule was originally designed for 600 athletes, and with twice that many participants, the starting time for the Running Finals will have to be changed from an anticipated 4:00 p.m. to a likely start time of approximately 6:00 p.m..
The adjusted meet schedule has the field events and 4 x 800 beginning at 10:00 a.m., with the section of preliminary races mixed in with the B, C, D heats of 1600, 800, and boys 3200 beginning at noon and running likely through about 5:00 p.m.. The conclusion of the meet should then fall between 8:30 and 9:00 p.m.
