Miami Northwestern's star hurdler, Markalah Hart, has signed with the University of Southern California.
The multi-time FHSAA state champion holds PR's of 13.50 for the 100mH and 40.28 for the 300mH, including a wind-aided 13.44 for the 100mH that she ran earlier this year at the Sam Burley Hall of Fame Invitational.
The Northwestern Bull has held onto the top 100mH and 300mH rank in the state of Florida this outdoor season, prior to the postponement.
Hart was the No. 33 MileSplit girls recruit for the class of 2020 and she will join No. 4 recruit Morgan Smalls, No. 5 Jasmine Jones, and No. 6 Kim Harris.
The future Trojan will be surrounding herself with greatness, of both new and familiar faces, at USC including the likes of her former Northwestern teammate, Twanisha Terry.
