Look at Utah State meet times. Realize that it is 3 miles, but its probably what these runners could roll on a 5K without the hills or the altitude found at the Sugarhouse Park course in Salt Lake City. In the largest school division of 5A in last Wednesday's Utah State Meet, McKenna Lee of Weber was the fastest freshmen of them all on the day with her 8th place finish of 18:24. The week before, Lee had rolled out a fast 5K time of 17:55 at her regional meet.
